Your resume needs to be a masterpiece about you, if you want it to land you the jobs you want. You could compare it to a painting of you that will have lifelong changes in color, size, and so on. It will change based on where you go, what you experience, and how you come out of it.
The learning we do in life usually begins copying others. At first we learn one plus one is two, and then soon after we understand it. We learn nearly everything else from our environment (and all it contains). As children, we learn to be out of the way when bigger people come through the walkway fast after seeing others get out of the way or get bumped into.
Many of us at one time or another played kick the can after seeing others do the same. We learn by imitation because it takes more effort to form new thoughts and ideas about something and in general it takes too long for most.
